Diane Schuur performs at the Winter International Arts Festival in Sochi, Russia with her quartet on Feb. 17.  The jazz singer then takes the stage at the International House of Music in Moscow on Feb. 18. Schuur heads back to the states for a performance with the Charleston Jazz Orchestra on Feb. 23 for a program entitled “Love Songs: Diane Schuur Sings the Music of Cole Porter, Billie Holiday and More.”
