Bates Meyer is handling the music clearance for a documentary short “Penny Wong Miss Chinatown 1948.”  The film, produced by the Good Medicine Picture Company in San Francisco is the inaugural content for Chinatown Shorts, dedicated to telling compelling stories from Chinese-American communities around the country.
